Three hundred people attended the annual Classic Family
Movie Night featuring a special showing of The Wizard of Oz
at the Orpheum Theatre. The event which was held late last month benefited the
Wisconsin-based Gift of Adoption Fund. Before the movie, children and parents enjoyed
a party atmosphere complete with a juggler, stilt-walker, dee-jay, raffle contests,
and a costume parade through the aisle of the historic Orpheum. The Gift of Adoption
Fund provides cash assistance to state approved adoptive families who are struggling
with one-time adoption costs. The Center for Cosmetic Dentistry's owner, Dr. Chris
Kammer, sponsored the event for a third consecutive year, and donated
$6,943.70 for the Gift of Adoption Fund, Wisconsin Chapter.
